With more than 24 years of experience and over 1,700 transactions totaling more than $2 Billion, Todd has built a career on solving complex problems with creativity and integrity. Known for his ability to quickly understand a client’s true needs, he delivers solutions that leave every party feeling like they’ve won. From independent landlords to multinational retailers and publicly traded REITs, no client is too big—or too small—for Todd’s hands-on approach.

Clients describe him as the broker they never want to leave: funny, trustworthy, and relentless when it comes to delivering results. Around the office, Todd is known for his signature line, “Is that making you any money?”—a reflection of his focus on creating real value in every deal. Whether he’s mentoring his team, negotiating under pressure, or starring in his upcoming national TV series The Real Estate Commission on A&E, Todd’s tireless work ethic and sharp instincts set him apart as a leader in the industry.

Outside of real estate, Todd is just as full of energy and ideas. He loves spending time with his family, unwinding at his lake house, and building the next business venture that sparks his imagination. A self-proclaimed ping-pong champion, master of card tricks, and unfiltered straight-shooter (the cursing is just proof of his honesty, he’ll tell you), Todd is the guy who doesn’t just dream up thousands of ideas—he executes them.

Director of Assets for Titan Commercial Realty Group LLC, where she oversees the property management division and serves as the go-to point person for all property management clients. With decades of experience in the Capital Region real estate market—including more than 10 years working alongside Managing Director Todd Drowlette—Christine brings unmatched expertise and a reputation as the person who can truly do it all. From leasing and management to problem-solving on the fly, she’s the extra hand everyone at TITAN counts on.

Known in the office as Supernana, Christine is both mentor and hero to her colleagues, offering straight talk and no-nonsense advice that cuts through the noise. She doesn’t sugarcoat, but that’s what makes her so effective: when Christine weighs in, you know you’re getting the real answer. Fiercely dedicated and endlessly capable, she somehow manages to balance the needs of clients, colleagues, and properties—all while keeping her sense of humor firmly intact.

Outside of work, Christine is equally legendary. A proud grandmother to five granddaughters (with a grandson on the way), she embraces her Supernana title with pride. She’s an incredible cook, a diehard Kansas City Chiefs and New York Yankees fan, and the kind of person who can keep everyone laughing with her quick wit and unapologetic honesty. Whether at home or in the office, Christine brings the same energy: tough love, genuine care, and the kind of wisdom only experience can bring.

Brandon Bellamy is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with a proven track record of success in the state of New York. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Brandon has established himself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field.  Brandon is committed to providing his clients with exceptional service and results-driven solutions. Originally from the bustling city of Bogotá, Colombia, Camila is fluent in the universal language of hard work. She started working at age twelve, taught herself English at eighteen, and still channels the drive that made her family predict she’d be an entrepreneur. Her background in the arts gives her a creative edge when it comes to problem-solving.

 New York State licensed real estate agent specializing in leasing and sales across the Capital Region. With more than a decade of sales experience—from retail to call-center negotiations—Camila brings a seasoned closer’s mindset and a warm, approachable style to every deal. She helps businesses of all kinds find the right space, drawing on Titan’s deep expertise in retail and office properties while keeping every client’s goals front and center. 

 When she isn’t working, you’ll likely find Camila reading, on a zumba class, or dancing in the living room with Todd. She credits him as a mentor, but stays motivated by making her ten-year-old self proud and setting an example for her younger sister. 

 Real estate professional based in Albany, NY, specializing in leasing, sales, and investment properties. With a focus on medical, office, retail, and mixed-use spaces, Chris brings fresh energy, sharp market awareness, and a genuine commitment to helping clients identify the right opportunities. He has a passion for Tenant representation and takes a holistic approach to dealmaking.

While newer to the industry, Chris has quickly earned a reputation for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike. He draws on the guidance of his mentor, Todd Drowlette, working closely with him both as a licensed salesperson and as an executive assistant—an experience that provides invaluable hands-on learning in marketing, negotiation, and deal-making.

Chris is passionate about understanding each client’s unique goals and tailoring solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term success. His focus on transparency, communication, and follow-through ensures every client feels supported throughout the entire process, from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys golfing, networking, and exploring the Capital Region, where he has established his career after growing up on Long Island. Chris enjoys losing at Office Ping Pong while trying to maintain his dignity and false confidence that eventually he might win one day.  

Quinton Gardner is a 2018 Siena College graduate of Siena’s School of Business. During his time there, he orchestrated professional events, competed in business plan competitions, and delivered speeches. Quinton met TITAN founder and Managing Director, Todd Drowlette, while taking New Product Development and Brand Management that Todd was teaching as an adjunct faculty member at Siena during the Fall 2017 semester. Todd saw that Quinton was smart and aggressive and recruited him to join the company. Quinton majored in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Psychology. He is an active member of the international business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, where he served as the Vice President of Professional Activities. Quinton Gardner is focused on NNN Investment Sales of all property types and Landlord and Tenant Representation of Office and Warehouse properties. 

 Pat Haines brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience.  She formerly worked with IKON Realty Group alongside Todd Drowlette and with Schuyler Companies of Latham, New York prior to that. Pat’s skill set is highly versatile and has allowed her to work extensively in all fields of commercial real estate. Prior to her tenure at Schuyler Companies, Pat worked for 16 years in retail, including 13 years as a district supervisor for a large, retail chain. During her retail career, Pat oversaw stores throughout New York and New England. Pat has worked closely with many large clients including: Bon-ton Department Stores, St. Peter’s Health Partners, The AIDS Council for Northeast New York, Pioneer Bank, First Niagara (now Key Bank), Sunmark Federal Credit Union, SEFCU, and Office Max. Pat’s attention to detail and ability to find locations for clients when others have had difficulty, make her an invaluable asset to all of her clients. Pat Haines served on CIREB’s Board of Directors for 3 years helping to build membership to over 600 brokers and salespersons. Pat also served on the Guilderland PTA and remains active in several other civic organizations. 

Chris Crowley comes to TITAN having retired as a Superintendent of Schools in 2018.  After three years of retirement, she has re-entered the work force full-time as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Chris taught in both federal and state prisons among some of the state’s most notorious felons.  This environment helped cultivate Chris’ no-nonsense, direct demeanor.  Chris has a dry sense of humor and an unwavering work ethic.  She is focused on both tenant and landlord representation in commercial real estate transactions.  Chris is available to help with any real estate needs and looks forward to working with you. 

Derek Brown is a Business Administration / Marketing graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he was a starting member of the 1988 National Champion football team. Derek was a NFL 1st Round Draft Pick for the NY Giants before playing for 9 years with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Oakland Raiders, and Arizona Cardinals. Before joining TITAN Commercial Realty Group, Derek worked alongside founding member Todd Drowlette first at Schuyler Companies and then Ikon Realty Group. Derek’s attention to detail and his uncanny ability to develop long lasting relationships makes him an invaluable asset to team TITAN. In Derek’s spare time he and his wife Kristin spend their weekends in basketball gyms throughout the country watching either their daughter, Sydney, at UC San Diego State or their son, Reece, at UNLV. At 6’6” and almost 300 pounds, Derek also doubles as an excellent Rent Collector.
